We are seeking a diligent and experienced onsite property manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including vendor oversight, emergency response, tenant relations, and budget management.

Work Schedule: Schedule: Floating between Glen Ellyn, IL (2 days) and Wheeling, IL (3 days), per week.

Responsibilities:

• Walking and working with vendors for projects before, during, and after completion
• Participating in daily calls with Assistant Directors for accountability and performance evaluations
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
• Remaining available to assist with property emergencies outside of business hours
• Conducting daily walk-throughs of the property to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance
• Reviewing work for quality and readiness
• Addressing tenant work orders, concerns, and complaints in person, by phone, and by email
• Coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and retention events
• Answering lead inquiries and scheduling showings
• Managing annual budgets and forecasting requirements
• Performing collections audits and paying outgoings in accordance with the budget
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning staff
• Initiating corrective action as needed

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Must have renovation experience
• Active Leasing License required
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• 2 year of Property Management experience required
• Reliable means of transportation required
• Chicagoland suburb travel required
